We add tapered insulation that allows water to descend to strategically located drains and off the roof. Our flat roofs are made of copper with soldered seams that will last 75 years or more.
On larger office buildings, we use EPDM (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer), an extremely durable synthetic rubber roofing material used in low-slope roofing throughout the world.
